C.J. Spiller, Marcell Dareus leave game for Buffalo

The Bills keep losing players. Cornerback Leodis McKelvin was added to the injury list in the first half and now running back C.J. Spiller and defensive tackle Marcell Dareus have joined him on the sideline. Spiller’s return is being called questionable with a knee injury. He has rushed for just nine yards on 10 carries thus far in the game as the Jets have shut him down just about immediately every time he has touched the ball.
